How it works
Equal mode divides total lot cost across rows. Value-weighted mode assigns each item a share based on its estimated resale value. Rounding cents are distributed so allocations add up exactly.
Example: Split a $240 estate-sale bundle evenly, or allocate more cost to the items you expect to resell for more.
